Q: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer?

A: Yes, we have accounts with most of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM.

A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day or two. If we have to order there is a possibility that the item is backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to communicate with you in a timely manner.
A: If your item has shipped and seems to be “lost” in the mail system, contact USPS/FedEx/UPS. We have no control over packages when they leave our possession. We have just as much information as you do when looking at tracking. 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. There are free returns if there is an error on our part. We will still accept a return if you decide to return an item because it doesn’t fit, you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. If that is the case, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any custom built item as this can no longer be listed as “new”.
